Visual Web Developer Express

It turns out that Microsoft is giving away some elements of visual studio.net. It looks like the intent is to have a cheap (free) way for hobby programmers to play around with their apps. Notice the lack of a link to VB.Net express. You want to start coding in C#. Trust me.
